Problem Note 52913: Deployment Backup and Recovery tool incorrectly generates "Missing credential information" error

If the -profile option that is passed to the Deployment Backup and Recovery tool includes the absolute path to an environment.properties file, a spurious error similar to the following is generated:
Missing credential information. Check if you have provided -user -password –host -port arguments.The error occurs even when the -user, -password, -host, and -port options are provided in the environment.properties file.
To avoid the problem, confirm that all arguments are specified correctly, then move the
environment.properties file to the <SASHOME>/SASPlatformObjectFramework/9.4/tools/admin
directory to avoid specifying an absolute path.
